Room Rental Rates

Monday through Sunday
$150 Per Hour (Minimum of 3 Hours)
Non-Profit Rate
$115 Per Hour
“Slush Party” Rate
$100 Per Hour + Purchase of Slush/Gelato (Required). 2 Hour Minimum
Deposit

  • $250 Required
  • Refundable or Applicable to Total Cost of Event
  • Non-Refundable with Less than 2 Week Cancellation

Contract

Signed & Accepted Contract with Receipt of Deposit

Payment

  • Payment is Due Upon Completion of Event
  • Contracts can be set up for Business Billing of Event; Must be set up with Minimum of 2 Week Notice
  • Cash, Credit Card & Checks with Authorization; $35 Returned Check Fee
